Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

If your store offers free shipping promotions, the applicable terms will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (when available). You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Marketo24 is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work with trusted shipping partners, occasional delays may occur that are beyond our control.

If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to help locate your shipment and provide updates whenever possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
